Oscillations

Oscilating, swinging back and forth like the mind we oscilate between possibilities, forces, gravities.

Beyond which lies emptiness, a void where none of the daily on goings seem to have any weight or gravity.

Osciliating form here to there, from purpose to nonsense, a vast gap with no true hold, a space the mind alone looses its bearings, the only tool to navigate is to percieve, to feel, to bear with the moment, feel what it is; energy, oscilating, we must let go, there is nothing to hold.

A voyage through sound, its movement through resonating membranes and bodies, A journey through glass, a demonstration of its materiality from within through sound and movement

reverberating glass not tuned to the musical scale yet like each of us a happening an occurance and each occurance creates a reaction, a wave, we resonate, we oscilate.

An Unidentified Living Object, Its origin, unknown. Its marble form speaks of ancient rituals.  Light fragments, refractions, and reformations —a cosmic liturgy of transforming the universe’s most basic elements: stone, glass and light.

This installation is the result of a collaboration with Tobia Silvotti, & Stavrianos Skalidis
